This is a 6-axis force torque sensor which has 3-axis force and 3-axis moment. The hybrid structure of the MEMS chip and metal structure allows 6 axis detection. This product contains an AFE IC and produces digital output (SPI). Correction coefficients used for matrix operation (other axis interference components are removed) are stored in the AFE IC internal memory. Since they can be read out immediately before the measurement start, users do not have to control the sensor and the correction coefficients.
Additionally, the LDO built in the module reduces noises. This product is extremely small and light, suitable for robot fingertips.
